Saturday 13th August
Decided to follow my plan and go for a run this morning.....Unfortunately I hadn't quite realised that the first 20 mins was all downhill so when I turned around to run back I turned into a shuffler!!
SueSue,Paul,Molly and I went into Auckland to the Viaduct area which was down on the harbour with all the beautiful,expensive yachts. Had a peaceful wander and then stopped in at the Albany shopping centre on the way home and finally purchased some NZ t-shirts.
Popped in for a quick cup of tea with Dick and Sam before coming home for a beautiful roast dinner as our final NZ meal!
Packed our bags as much as possible ready for our trip to the USA tomorrow.
The time seems to have gone quickly and it will be hard saying goodbye to SueSue and Bruce.
Onwards to the next adventure.

Glad you had a good time here and did so much. The weather on the whole was pretty good as we come out of winter and head towards spring. Have a brilliant time in the USA and keep the reports coming as we know there is so much to do over there. We'll keep you informed on the injured hen and let you know when the Pukeko's have their babies ! LOL Sue xxx
